EGG FRIED RICE

Ingredients :

  • Leftover rice
  • Oil
  • Garlic (crushed)
  • Ginger (grated)
  • Onion (fine chopped)
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Green Chili (chopped)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Chili Sauce
  • Veggies of choice
  • Vinegar
  • Ketch up (optional)

Procedure:

  • Take a wok add some oil and heat it. Then add two eggs and sprinkle some salt & pepper powder, prepare scrambled eggs and set it aside.
  • In the same wok add some oil chopped green chili, crushed garlic, grated ginger and fine chopped onions, sauté it till the raw smell disappears.
  • Then add vegetable of your choice like chopped capsicum, beans, carrots and cabbage, add salt & pepper to it. Stir it well till the veggies are cooked.
  • Add the leftover rice and scrambled eggs prepared previously to the mixture.
  • Add some soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and ketch up to it. Mix all of it well and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Your egg fried rice it Ready!!

PRO TIP: Add less salt because all the sauce contain some salt in it already.
