Ingredients :

  • Butter
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper Powder
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Bread
  • Mayo
  • Corn
  • Capsicum
  • Onion

Direction For Recipe :

  • Take a pan add some butter and heat it. 
  • Add chopped onions and sauté it till onion turns translucent.
  • Then add chopped capsicum, sauté it for a minute the add corn.
  • Mix it well then add sea salt, pepper powder & Italian season mix it well and sauté the mixture for 1 minute.
  • Turn of the flame set the mixture aside.
  • Take a bowl add some mayo to till, empty the cooked veggie mix in the bowl and mix it all together. The base for Sandwich is ready.
  • Take a slice of bread spread the mayo veggie base evenly, add another slice of bread and again spread the mayo veggie base evenly. Cover it with another slice of bread.
  • Take a grill pan, add some butter to it. Grill the sandwich.
  • Your grilled double layer mayo corn sandwich is Ready!!
